The Story
The home at 4788 Hoskins Rd was headed to market but it wasn't ready. Dated finishes, old carpet, uninspired interiors. The kind of house that sells below potential. The owners wanted to fix that, with a limited budget and a tight timeline.
The challenge: get a high-end result without a high-end budget, and do it fast. That meant picking the changes with the most visual impact and coordinating multiple trades without wasted days.
We replaced all the flooring, rebuilt three fireplaces into dramatic accent walls, painted the exterior a deep, confident blue, added wood trims to every window, built decorative beams, split one large room into two proper bedrooms, and went through every room updating baseboards, doors, hardware, and built-ins. The deck and balconies got repaired too.
